pleased to find out that we are responding within a few minutes.

you are using. Also, we strongly recommend you to download the latest version of the software.

- Product name
- Product version (see the "About" dialog)
- Order number (if you are a licensed user)
- Windows version (including service packs and other installed fixes or
patches), US or International
- Your computer information: CPU type and speed, installed memory
- Description of the problem (as much details as possible so we can duplicate
the problem)
